Description

Campaign management in Dynamics CRM is built around marketing lists. These lists determine to what contact, account or lead you can distribute your letters, phone calls or emails. You can select these members using combinations of advanced find queries and manual insertions or removals. These actions result in a static list of members contained in a marketing list for use in campaign activities. Wavextend extends these options with the ability to make marketing lists dynamic. Insertions, removals and evaluations can be recorded and rescheduled at any appropriate time. On top of that we offer common custom actions like splitting, joining and random selections. List Manager turns Dynamics CRM into a professional list management and campaign management application.

Features

List Manager offers the following features:

you can add, change, remove or re-order selection steps in a marketing list;
you can set the type of action per selection step to add, remove, evaluate or 'evaluate and add';
you can set the source for the action per selection step to advanced find query, saved view, other marketing list or individual members;
you can choose advanced actions like random selection or top x selections;
you can choose to perform advanced actions on the current marketing list or have a new one as the result;
you can add individual members to a marketing list in workflow;
you can refresh your marketing list manually, in scheduled batch or as part of workflow.
